Who can be submitted
Submissions are evaluated for operators that meet all of the following criteria:
- Active Antarctica itineraries: The operator must currently offer expedition or cruise itineraries that include Antarctica, South Georgia, the Falklands, or the Antarctic Circle as a primary destination — not as an incidental port of call on a longer world voyage.
- Public review data: The operator must have a verified Google Business listing with sufficient public reviews to support a meaningful profile (typically a minimum of 10 reviews).
- IAATO or equivalent membership documentation: IAATO membership is not strictly required for inclusion, but its absence will be noted explicitly in the operator's profile.
- Publicly available ship specifications: Passenger capacity and vessel type must be verifiable from the operator's official website.
How to submit
Send submission details to [email protected] with the subject line "Operator Submission". Include the following in your email:
- Operator name and official website URL
- Confirmation of active Antarctica itineraries (link to current season itineraries)
- IAATO or AECO membership status and any verification link
- Link to the operator's Google Business listing
- Primary vessel name(s) and passenger capacity
Evaluation and timeline
Submission requests are reviewed on a rolling basis. Inclusion is not guaranteed and is subject to editorial capacity and the criteria above. We do not provide a fixed timeline for evaluation, but will respond to acknowledge receipt within 10 business days.
Submissions are evaluated by the editorial team against the same criteria applied to all existing operators on this site. Operators that pay for consideration will not be reviewed — this site does not offer expedited, paid, or commercial review processes. See the Editorial Policy for the full independence statement.
Removal requests
Operators currently listed on this site who wish to dispute their inclusion may contact the editorial team at [email protected] with the subject line "Removal Request." Removal is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not automatically granted. Factual correction requests (as distinct from removal requests) are described in the Editorial Policy.
Note: Submission of an operator does not confer any right to editorial review, favorable placement, or a specific publication timeline. All submitted operators are evaluated independently against the same criteria applied to operators already listed on this site.
